My name is Patricia Barbery and I am a proud mother of two boys. I am passionate about handmade and my main hobbies are crafting and knitting. Barbery Knits was established in 2008 in San Francisco, California, and continuing as a small business from France, my adopted country. I love to design accessories like scarves, hats, gloves, ponchos, baby and décor pieces… I was born in Bolivia, the country where some of the most beautiful natural fibers in the world come from, including that of Alpaca. Furthermore, I make sure my creations are knitted with the best natural alpaca fiber, supporting only small local yarn producers. Barbery Knits is a personal aspiration that helps me stay connected to my home country.

You can also request the making of a personalized and original creation that my Bolivian knitters will make for you. With your order, you offer fair compensation to low-income artisan women by promoting their expertise of impeccable traditional quality.
